Following up on the Georgian wine class, Frank and Hale team up with our culinary team to further explore the wines and food from this former Soviet Republic that has been producing wines for over 8000 years in a unique subterranean fermentation method. The foods of the region are inspired by their Mediterranean climate. This is a great opportunity to learn about a wine region that is just out of the mainstream, but worth the attention! This is a coursed dinner with wine pairings. Tax and gratuity are not included.
