Following up on the Cote Chalonnais wine class, Frank will collaborate with our culinary team to further explore the wines and food from this midsection of the Burgundy wine region. This region is known for incorporating the wines they produce into their cuisine. The menu is not yet finalized, but you may get to nibble on Gougères, or have a taste of Epoisses in this plated coursed dinner in our lovely Oakland Room. Seating is limited!
